What You’ll Need:
1–2 grams of matchaluvr powder (about ½ to 1 teaspoon)
2 oz hot water (about 160–175°F or 70–80°C)
Bamboo whisk (or electric frother)
Instructions:
Sift the matcha into a bowl to avoid clumps.
Add hot water.
Whisk vigorously in a W or zigzag motion until frothy.
Enjoy as is, or add more water or milk for a latte!
